San Jose Gardens is currently accepting applications for the 2-bedroom and 3-bedrooom waitlist. Applications will only be accepted while the waitlist is open. Project Eligibility

Family Size must be appropriate for the unit size available for occupancy to prevent over-crowding.  Occupancy Standards for a two (2) bedroom is 2-4 occupants per unit; three (3) bedroom 3-6 occupants per unit.  

Applicants who do not meet project eligibility requirements, will be rejected.
